Keep the first shift manageable

Check the dough counters at the upper right. Refill early rather than waiting for a shelf to empty; Orio needs dough to produce more items. If someone is losing patience while you are preparing stock, speak to them to gain time, then finish that order.

Begin with the items actually requested. Your tray holds three, but grabbing random stock becomes less useful as the recipe selection grows. A finished pickup is not a completed order: return to the customer and check the request has cleared.

Spend the afternoon deliberately

Once free exploration is available, open the phone and look at quests before committing to an activity. Use map event markers to choose a destination. If energy is low, the park offers a free recovery option; dining with a companion can combine an outing with relationship progress.

Make the night help tomorrow

Practice a recipe you plan to put on the next menu. The tutorial shows practice improving its sale value and production time, and providing some opening stock when that item is selected. Night actions depend on available energy and story progress: do not assume every night permits the same number.
