Read dates and platform labels
The AMA is closed, so it is useful as an archive of answers. February demo comments describe an older build; a Switch 2 control report should not be presented as a universal PC problem. When comparing experiences, match the platform and whether the writer played the demo or released game.
When reporting a problem
Search the discussion hub for the same symptom first. Add your platform, what happened immediately before the issue and whether you continued a demo save. Keep account details and product keys private. This fansite does not submit reports or messages on your behalf.
